In 2020, Stephen and Brandy Holly purchased the building with a vision of transforming it into an event center. They spent nearly a year carefully restoring and enhancing its old-world charm. The original tin ceiling tiles, staircase, and balcony remain intact, preserving the building’s historical character. The original hand-pull elevator was also retained, adding to its unique appeal. To improve functionality, the couple added two changing rooms, a kitchen, and bathrooms—seamlessly blending modern convenience with historic charm.
